Our Host/Hostesses plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and organized environment in daily clinic operations. They greet and assist guests, manage scheduling and office coordination, and handle customer concerns with a positive, customer-focused mindset. This role requires perseverance, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively within a small team setting.

We're a clinician-owned outpatient rehabilitation practice in Southern California, approaching our tenth year of operation. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy under one roof. At the center of our is our patient first culture that informs all we do.
You'd be the operational lead, not a receptionist with a title. In a practice this size, the office host/hostess is one of the most consequential roles in the building. Schedule integrity, authorization capture, and clean claims submission are what determine whether the practice is financially healthy. That's real ownership.
